Installation
and commissioning

Get your equipment up and running as quickly as possible and make the best use of available resources. We provide installation and commissioning of Flygt, Lowara, KSB, HV-TURBO, Saer, Sanitaire Dragflow and Kolmeks machines. Installation and commissioning are carried out by qualified service personnel, which means that the authorized service meets all your requirements for speed, efficiency and quality of workmanship.

Trained professionals with the required knowledge will provide you with a complete service, supported by experience directly from the field. After the installation, they will verify the commissioning and, in agreement with the client, establish the rules for subsequent maintenance and repairs.
We provide professional and comprehensive consultations on the services we offer. We offer our customers support in solving technical designs, assembly requirements, measurements or in the field of modernization.

We can offer you training for your employees and adapt it to your specific requirements. Also, thanks to our experience, our service department will help you recommend the best way to put your equipment into operation or modernize it - our service is ready to meet your requirements.

Warranty and post-warranty repairs

Get a guarantee on repairs and spare parts – Whether it is an unexpected breakdown or the replacement of worn-out spare parts, we will always prepare a cost-effective solution for you. We can carry out repairs on site or in one of our service centers, as agreed.

In our work we guarantee:

  • Using established procedures and manufacturer experience speeds up our repair work

  • We have a test bench for testing submersible pumps.

  • guarantees that we always determine the cause of the failure of the tested device and reduce or completely eliminate the risk of failure in the future

  • We always carry out repairs only using original spare parts.

  • We provide an appropriate warranty period for repairs and spare parts.

We perform warranty repairs for the following brands:

Predictive maintenance and prevention

Preventive inspections significantly reduce the costs of operation, maintenance and subsequent investments in equipment. With regular inspections and ongoing service, the service costs of equipment will drop by up to half and their lifespan will be extended by 20% - 30% compared to the situation without quality prevention.

The main reason is to prevent major repairs, for example, by regularly servicing bearings and mechanical seals, costly motor rewinding can be avoided. Regular maintenance allows you to achieve annual savings of 2%-7% on energy costs. Thanks to our approach, you will get a historical database of the wear status of your equipment, the availability of spare parts at the scheduled repair dates and a concrete idea of your operating cash flow for repair and maintenance plans.

During preventive maintenance, we mainly address:

  • Mechanical condition of the machine, condition of the cables

  • Insulation resistance

  • Monitoring accessories

  • Internal machine protection

  • Machine operation

  • Operating noise, vibration and temperature

  • Wear condition of the hydraulic part and wiper rings

  • Oil fillings and stator space, oil change if necessary

Comprehensive service contract

Minimize your worries – Take advantage of our comprehensive service covered by a service contract. You will receive a set of services consisting of a system audit, preventive inspections, access to our hotline and web-based fault reporting, pre-stocking of key spare parts, and up to 30% discount on spare parts.

How does comprehensive service work?

  • Prepare a list of all machines

  • Our team will work with you to identify which devices are critical to your operation.

  • We will jointly plan service inspections for key equipment

  • During the first service inspection, service technicians compile a list of key spare parts, which are then available during any repairs.

  • Each service inspection includes planning follow-up steps, such as maintenance, service interventions, or replacement of your equipment.

  • Based on the service inspection report and other data from you, our technical department will prepare a proposal for optimizing operations with the potential for possible savings.

  • If service intervention is required, your employees will report the fault either via the form on our website or by phone.

  • Our service technicians will arrive on site or collect the device for repair at our service center.

  • All service tasks performed on the device are recorded in the device card

  • Tailoring service contracts to your specific requirements is a good way to save money. The package can also include electronic equipment records, based on your requirements.
