We make way for the water
Aeration
The Sanitaire system is primarily used for aerating activation and sludge tanks in wastewater treatment plants, but is also used for other purposes related to the supply of oxygen to water or other media in various industries.
Fine bubble aeration
The main product of fine-bubble and medium-bubble aeration is the 9" diameter disc membrane elements of the Silver Series. Aeration membranes excel in high elasticity, resistance to clogging and long service life. When designing aeration systems, we place maximum emphasis on achieving the most favorable ratio of high efficiency, purchase price and service life with minimal operational maintenance costs.
Precise, laser-cut holes ensure high oxygen transfer efficiency and even distribution of aeration intensity in the tank.
Aeration membranes are equipped with a check valve, which allows their reliable use even in applications with intermittent operation - circulating activation tanks, combined nitrification/denitrification zones, sludge tanks. The calibrated diameter of the filling hole guarantees reliable operation of the system even in the event of membrane failure.
The Sanitaire model range of disc aeration elements is characterized by low energy consumption, high oxygen utilization, long service life, uniform air distribution with a minimum number of connections (large-area grates), minimal aerosol formation, easy and quick installation, resistance to thermal expansion of pipes, and low operation and maintenance requirements.
Our company has been the exclusive representative of the Sanitaire brand, a global brand, for more than 25 years.
manufacturer of aeration systems.
Coarse bubble aeration
We offer coarse-bubble aeration elements made of stainless steel for aerating sand and gravel traps.
AISI 304 or AISI 316 grades in two size options (300 and 600 mm).
Pumps and pumping systems
We supply sludge and drainage pumps from the Swedish manufacturer Flygt and clean water pumps from the Italian manufacturers Lowara and SAER. The designs of all pumps have been tested for years and they are reliable and very efficient machines.
The type distribution is very wide, from the smallest drainage pumps "Bibo" to turbine pumps for flood control measures. From circulation pumps for cooling or heating systems, to pumps for boreholes for drinking water supply or irrigation systems. Among the leading reference installations is the supply of pumps for both lines of the Prague Central Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Clean water
Well pumps
Borehole pumps are designed to pump clean water from boreholes (drilled wells). They are mainly used for household water supply, but they can also be used for automatic irrigation or watering the garden. These are pressure pumps with a small diameter and a smooth casing, so that they can be installed even in narrow and deep boreholes. However, when choosing, it is important to choose the optimal pump diameter according to the borehole diameter. They are designed for permanent installation below the surface, so they are usually made of durable stainless steel materials.
Home waterworks
A home water pump is used wherever there is no permanent supply from the water mains. It is therefore a simple, fast and therefore the most used solution if you need to introduce water for everyday needs into a family house, cottage or chalet. By installing a home water pump, you will ensure not only a comfortable and permanent water supply for your household, but also the irrigation of your garden.
Single-stage pumps
They ensure the circulation of the heat transfer medium in the heating system, hot domestic water (DHW) or coolant. They are most often used for heating houses, apartments and buildings, for circulating hot water or in cooling and air conditioning systems. Circulation pumps must meet high demands for durability, reliability, trouble-free operation, noiselessness, efficiency and, above all, low electricity consumption.
Multistage pumps
Horizontal and vertical, multistage pumps, which include a greater number of impellers, have been developed with two main features, compactness and modularity, to allow for countless customized solutions. The pump essentially consists of a series of interchangeable modules, all designed to work together seamlessly in any type of application.
This type of pump is used to achieve higher pressures.
These pumps are available in block design or with a separate motor. The production uses casting technology or laser welding of steel stampings.
Circulating pumps
Single-stage surface pumps are classic centrifugal pumps for clean to slightly polluted water, which are intended for "dry" installation outside the pumped liquid. They are most often used for water supply, pressure boosting, pumping and overpumping or irrigation and spraying of gardens. Thanks to their reliability, performance and affordability, these pumps are among the most commonly used pump types.

Blowers
We offer modern blowers from Turbo Max. The design of these pumps uses air bearing technology, which was developed by NASA, making them the most modern devices of this type in the world. The heart of the blower is the air bearing system.
Air bearings are known for their excellent properties, such as negligible hydrodynamic friction losses, which ensures high efficiency. The guaranteed bearing life is at least 22,000 starts, which corresponds to 10-12 years of operation. This makes the blowers essentially maintenance-free.

Mixers
Flygt mixers are divided into compact and slow-speed. The advantage of compact mixers is the stainless steel material with a multi-pole motor. Thanks to its dimensions, this unit is easy to install anywhere in new and existing tanks. Slow-speed mixers with a gearbox are used for mixing large volumes with low electricity consumption. Both types of pumps are used primarily in industry and agriculture as well as in cities and towns and, thanks to their high mixing efficiency, save energy costs and the environment.
